Julie Gray is an exceptional reading specialist. She uses her skills to provide enrichment reading instruction to students. Her love of reading and learning is evident as she facilitates differentiated reading small groups for the youngest scholars in the Bermuda District. Thanks to her efforts, many of our students leave prekindergarten reading and ready for success in kindergarten. She also provides professional development to other preschool sites to help classroom teachers foster environments that support language and literacy development. We are so happy to celebrate her as our Teacher of the Year!
