Starr Parker is a collaborative teacher for 3-year-olds. She builds positive relationships with students and families. Parents frequently comment on how evident it is that she loves teaching. She has supported her instructional assistant’s goal of becoming a licensed teacher. She is a National Board Certified Teacher who is on the road to sharing her talents in educational administration.
